Returns

If you would like to return your items, you may do so for store credit within 14 days of when your order was received. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Wrong sizes ordered, or wrong colors ordered are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Please be sure to review size chart before ordering.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you an email with your store credit.

Exchanges

All of our items are printed to order meaning we do not keep an inventory, because of this we cannot offer an outright exchange. If your item is damaged, defective or the wrong item is sent (i.e. color & size), you may return your item for store credit. To do so, send us an email at support@northtees.ca and we will direct you on where to mail your return

Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@northtees.ca

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us and we will provide a return shipping address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
